Both of my dogs (a crazy Labrador and a docile Alaskan Malamute) have had acupuncture. Dogs seem to enjoy acupuncture treatment, and usually just drift off to sleep. The needles don’t bother them - which I think is evidence that acupuncture is not a painful experience!
